A man who was driving in the area took a video of the fight until one of the men in the brawl, who the police identified as 18-year-old Henry Rodas, noticed the bystander taking the video. Rodas allegedly approached the bystander’s car, hit the front windshield with his hands, picked up a construction A-frame barrier and broke the side windows of the vehicle, according to San Rafael Police Department officials. The broken windows showered an infant and teenager with flying glass. They were treated on the scene by the San Rafael Fire Department.

The police watched the video and identified the suspects in the fight. Rodas, a San Rafael resident, was arrested on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child, vandalism with damage over $400 and participating in a criminal street gang. San Rafael resident Brian Martinez-Hernandez, 19, was arrested on suspicion of resisting a peace officer and violating conditions of probation. Another San Rafael resident, Franklin Deleon, 24, was arrested on suspicion of violation of probation. They were all booked into the Marin County Jail.
