Man Suspected of Turning Vacation Home into Pot Farm Arrested in San Rafael

Police had been searching for Sebastien Roger Agajan since July 7, according to the Marin Independent Journal.

A suspect who police have been searching for since early July has been arrested in San Rafael. 

The suspect, 30-year-old Sebastien Roger Agajan, was allegedly occupying a vacation home in Point Reyes illegally and growing marijuana inside and outside the property, according to the Marin Independent Journal

The homeowners found their property hijacked July 7 and police had been searching for Agajan ever since. A rottweiler was found on the property, along with multiple suspected stolen items, the Journal reports.
