I am a marriage and family therapist and have had a private practice in Marin County since 1998. I offer individual, couple and family therapy in a safe, caring and professional environment. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to addressing issues of anger, anxiety, depression, addiction and relational conflict.

My approach to therapy stems from a growth and learning model. I believe we are all growing and maturing, and sometimes we get stuck. It can be helpful to have an outside perspective to assist us to the next level of our evolution. In my practice, I provide the tools and skills to help my clients reach their goals and transition to the next step.
