I am a Weight Watchers leader (at the San Rafael and El Cerrito Plaza Weight Watchers Stores), a Weight Watchers Leader Coach and Public Relations Ambassador.

I also coach individuals in the areas of weight management, public speaking and life in general through Eat-Speak-Live com.

My volunteer life is dedicated to help feed the hungry. My family and I have been volunteering at the Alameda County Community Food Bank monthly since I joined the Weight Watchers staff in 2000. It has become a way of life to give to those who are truly, physically hungry.
