McNear's Beach County Park

<p>McNear's Beach County Park is a gorgeous slice of paradise located on Cantera Way, along the shoreline of San Pablo Bay. From the gate, a short, winding road leads to panoramic bay views, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, family and group picnic sites, a small sandy beach, lawn areas, snack bar and a 500-foot-long fishing pier.</p> <p>Daily fees for regular vehicle parking  in the summer run $8 per day Monday through Thursday and $10 per day Friday through Sunday. Swimming pool fees are $5 per person. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during the swim season. Picnic sites in this park may be reserved for family, corporate and special events by calling the number provided.</p>
