How To Prevent Dysfunctional Breathing in Babies and Young Children

“Parents can create conducive home environments for optimal breathing, and teach young children correct breathing habits that can reduce, control and perhaps even prevent respiratory and sleep conditions before they start. We all know there are recommended standards for eating, drinking and sleeping. The same is true for breathing, although they are lesser-known. Come find out what they are. This is one of several talks at our open house.”
