Instagram user Scott Waters caught a brutal crash during the recent San Rafael Twilight Criterium on video. The incident appeared to involve at least eight cyclists.

“Scariest thing about criterium racing right here - the crashes,” Waters wrote on the video description.
Waters, a Reno resident, rides and races bikes all over Nevada and California, according to his Instagram profile.
