USCG Auxiliary Boating Skills and Seamanship Course

Get ready for Spring’s 2012 boating season!

Become a knowledgeable, safe boater by completing USCG Auxiliary Central Marin's eleven-week “Boating Skills and Seamanship” course, a foundation course for boating safety.

The course begins Tuesday, February 21st, 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., at Loch Lomond Yacht Club, 95 Loch Lomond Drive, San Rafael, and includes basic piloting, “rules of the road,” tide book usage, and much more.

A fee of $85 includes the text, workbook, classroom, qualified and experience instructors and a copy of the SF Bay chart.
