The Penguin Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is hosting the second annual Junior Penguin Day event this Saturday, May 7. The FREE event will take place at the Conlan Center on Dominican's campus from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Elementary school-age children (K-8) are invited to spend the day
playing basketball, soccer, and volleyball and learning from Dominican student-athletes. Children will also have the chance to play with and get autographs from their favorite Dominican student-athletes; meet Dominican’s mascot, Chilly the Penguin; watch a lacrosse presentation by the men's lacrosse team, who recently won the first-ever "Battle For The Bay;"and vote for their favorite Dominican basketball player in a slam dunk contest!
