Opening Day with the Pacifics

r and the San Rafael Pacifics invite all Bay Area sports fans to “Opening Day with the Pacifics,” a celebration of the opening of the 2012 baseball season at the Flatiron Sports Bar, Friday, April 6 as the San Francisco Giants open their 2012 season against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

The party begins at 4 p.m. with happy-hour specials on drinks and appetizers being offered until 7 p.m. Pacifics’ fans will also receive free non-alcoholic drinks, have a chance to meet the team, manager Mike Marshall and the Pacifics staff, as well as win special raffle prizes when they purchase a Season Pass for the 2012 Pacifics Season.

The event is free to the public, and fans are welcome anytime. The first 50 fans will receive a free Pacifics pennant.

Date: Friday, April 6, 2012, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Flatiron Sports Bar: 724 B Street, San Rafael, CA 94901

Promotional Items: First 50 fans will receive a free Pacifics pennant, happy hour specials from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m., free non-alcoholic drinks for Pacifics fans, special raffle prizes.

Giants/Diamondbacks Game Telecast:  4 p.m. The Giants season opener will be shown live on high-definition large-screen TVs, as Giants two-time NL Cy Young Award winner Tim Lincecum and the Diamondbacks’ ace Ian Kennedy square off.
