Strength is essential in the development of your golf game.  Learn what the most effective exercises are to build & maintain your strength.  It doesn’t have to be fancy… but you must know how to use your body effectively and efficiently just like the pros do, if you want to play a great game!

Endurance will enable you to walk an entire 18 holes, carrying your own bag if you choose AND still have plenty of energy and stamina to take you wife or girlfriend out afterwards… or just have what you need in reserve to do whatever it is that makes you smile after enjoying a great day out on the links. More endurance will help you in every aspect of your life!

What about your dynamic flexibility?  Learn how to use the best stretches that won’t inhibit your game.  The golf swing is dynamic and your stretching program should mimic your activity or sport.

Our Father’s Day Golf Conditioning Program is for golfers who want to improve every aspect of their game, as well as for golfers who want to become lean, fit, toned, & healthy for summer and beyond. You will definitely improve your game on and off the green as well as improve your overall fitness, energy, and stamina!

As a special bonus, each participant will have the pleasure of hitting balls or playing the course at Peacock Gap for an hour and a half with course record setting Pro, Ray Leach… Ray will help you improve your swing and game while you pick up valuable golf tips from an exceptional teacher!

Each golfer will also receive a unique professional golf shirt and cap to acknowledge a great experience!  A Speed Stick will also be provided to you… so that you can measure the velocity of your swing instantaneously.

All participants will also receive a Family of Four Gift Certificate to House of Air, an amazing, state of the art, trampoline “park” in the San Francisco Presidio area. This includes open trampoline jump time and trampoline dodge ball. The whole family will really enjoy laughing and playing together as you bouce your way to a great, fun workout! This Father’s Day Special Golf Conditioning Program is limited to the first 8 participants. It will be held in our centrally located San Rafael gym from 6 pm to 7 pm on the following days:

  • Tuesday, June 21st
  • Thursday, June 23rd
  • Tuesday, June 28th
  • Thursday, June 30th. 

Time at Peacock Gap with Ray Leach will be in addition to these days and times.
