Free Community Culinary Cooking & Health Event

Come celebrate May, Women’s Health Month, and indulge in a gourmet lover's delight as you “sip, snack and savor” foods prepared by culinary experts at an exciting cooking class and wellness event.

Whether you cook on the most basic or high-end appliances, either indoors or out, you will learn top chef secrets of grilling and steaming, induction and convection cooking for the most scrumptious and healthy summer eating.

Be inspired by outdoor grilling with Chef Chris Krotke and indulge in a Miele Cooking Class with David Karigaca. As we move into the hot weather, stay cool and refreshed as you sip fresh healthy beverages featuring the most vibrant flavors of the season.

Chef Rachelle Boucher will host the evening with her food lover’s wit and practicality. All participants will go home with tips and inspiration from Kaiser Permanente San Rafael’s Women's Health Specialist Dr. Jan Herr and Registered Dietician Sue Weiss.

“It is a joy to share my love of cooking with such remarkable people from my wellness and culinary communities,” says Chef Boucher, Culinary Marketing Manager of Standards of Excellence Appliances. “We are always thrilled to be able to open our showroom doors and continue to expand our growing list of friends by sharing this event with women and those who love them!”

This event is free to pre-registered guests and space is limited. To register, e-mail  or call
