Fair Housing Drop-in Foreclosure clinic

Are you behind in your mortgage payments?

Fair Housing of Marin, Marin's HUD approved Housing Counseling Agency will conduct a drop-in clinic on Foreclosures, Short Sales, and Loan Modifications on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from 2-5 p.m. at their offices at 615 B Street, San Rafael, 94901. A Spanish speaking counselor will be present. If you cannot make this, please call for an appointment with Beth - 415-457-5025.  Services at no charge.

The clinic is helpful for those who are behind on their mortgage payments, at risk of default or foreclosure, or who want to learn about loan modifications and other options. If desired, attendees are asked to bring income and expense data for assessment by a HUD-Certified Counselor.
