The San Rafael Public Library is proud to offer two community libraries: the Downtown & the Pickleweed Libraries. We offer full physical & digital collections with books, movies, TV shows, & music.

Searching for your ancestors? Lean how to use the library’s genealogy databases Ancestry.com and HeritageQuest. The San Rafael Public Library (1100 E Street, San Rafael) presents Shaking Your Family Tree - taught by librarian, Richard Le on Monday, November 26th from 2pm-3:30pm. Please call (415) 485-3321 to register- class meets in the library’s meeting room and enrollment is limited to 25.

The San Rafael Public Library’s (1100 E Street, San Rafael) ongoing Computer Chat group meets on Wednesday, November 28th from 12:15pm-1pm in the library’s meeting room. The San Rafael Public Library’s (1100 E Street, San Rafael) ongoing weekly Storytime for 4 to 6 year olds is every Tuesday afternoon at 3:30pm. Children enjoy storybooks, flannel stories and puppets.
