Serve alcohol to minors and get some unexpected party guests – San Rafael Police Department

The Marin County Health & Human Services and the San Rafael Alcohol Compliance Team (ACT) have partnered together to remind parents, adults, and youth about the Social Host Ordinance (SHO). San Rafael’s SHO holds adults responsible for hosting youth drinking in their households whether the adults are present or not.
