LA Times: Judge knocks down smart growth plan in Hollywood

On Dec 11th the LA Times published this very apropo article where Hollywood residents succeeded in getting the finding they wanted against high density development:

The neighborhood organization opposing the development stated of this smart growth plan by the mayor of Hollywood:

"His 'vision' includes height- and density-busting projects that push out longtime stakeholders, harm neighborhoods, overtax our infrastructure, and overburden our already gridlocked streets and freeways...And he intended to emulate this plan citywide.""
