Watch the Presidential Debate at Viewing Party with Patch Oct. 3

Be part of a discussion surrounding the first debate between President Barack Obama and GOP challenger Mitt Romney. This is a free event but space is limited.

Join Patch on Oct. 3 for a presidential debate viewing party at the Novato Fire District's headquarters and share your views on how the candidates' remarks addressed the issues you care about.

A limited number of spaces will be made availble to the general public for this free event. RSVP by using the form above on this page or email brent.ainsworth@patch.com to hold a spot. We're looking for Democrats and Republicans, undecided voters, small business owners, civic-minded citizens and those interested in the political process.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with networking and we'll provide light food and beverages. Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are scheduled to debate between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and afterward Patch editors will talk with groups of attendees about their impressions of the debate.
