San Rafael congressional candidate Stacey Lawson will kick off her campaign with a live call-in town hall on Sept. 22.
“Sure, it’s a little untraditional to begin a campaign with a district-wide phone call, but I’m an unconventional candidate,” the 2nd District candidate said in a statement.
The call will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. this Thursday. People interested in listening can fill out an online form and an automated system will call them with the dial-in details on Thursday.
Lawson’s competitors include activist , Assemblyman , Marin Supervisor and and Petaluma City Council member .
“Our goal is to start a movement of extraordinary citizens working together,” Lawson said.
