City Council Hopefuls Discuss Pensions, Affordable Housing, SMART

At a recent North San Rafael Coalition of Residents meeting, City Council hopefuls , , and incumbent Damon Connolly discussed their perspectives on issues ranging from fostering small businesses in downtown to the Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit commuter train.
