The Albert Park Advisory Committee will conduct a mid-season review of the city's agreement between Centerfield Partners, LLC. regarding the use of the park's field and stadium for minor league baseball games.
The committee will discuss everything from traffic and parking to noise and alcohol sales at a public meeting on Monday, July 16.
The San Rafael City Council appointed the committee . Centerfield's proposal sparked controversy from some Albert Park neighbors who were concerned about the effects of traffic, noise and safety baseball games would have on their community.
The seven-member advisory committee, which includes three members from the adjacent neighborhood, a downtown business owner, two members of Centerfield Partners and someone from the Park and Recreation Commission, will present a mid-season and an evaluation at the end of the year.
Monday's meeting will be held at the at 618 B St. It will begin at 7 p.m.
