Woman Ejected from Car in 101 Collision

A woman suffered major injuries after she was ejected from her vehicle a two-car crash near Lucas Valley Road this morning.

A woman suffered major injuries when she was ejected from her vehicle in a two-car crash on southbound U.S. Highway 101 at Lucas Valley Road in San Rafael this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The woman was found on the right shoulder of the highway where her
vehicle had apparently hit a retaining wall around 11:25 a.m., according to the CHP.

A Sig-alert was issued at 11:36 a.m. and was canceled at 1 p.m.
