Pizza Restaurant Manager Accused of Vandalizing Rival Pizza Business

Two men, including the manager of Extreme Pizza, were arrested and booked on suspicion of spray painting Pizza Orgasmica's exterior.

San Rafael police officers arrested two men on suspicion of vandalizing the exterior walls and windows of at 3:06 a.m. Thursday, according to police spokeswoman Margo Rohrbacher.

One of the owners of Pizza Orgasmica was working in the restaurant when she saw a man spray painting in front of her building and called the police. The police found two suspects on the corner of Fourth and Cijos attempting to discard the spray cans and latex gloves.

The two men were identified as Timothy Tucker, 32, and Sean Clymer, 26. Tucker is the manager of rival restaurant on 703 Fourth Street, and Clymer is a former employee, according to Rohrbacher.

The men were booked in Marin County Jail with bail set at $10,000. They will appear in court Monday at 1:30p.m. The damage to the building was estimated to be $7,000.

Pizza Orgasmica, known for menu items called "Doggie Style," and "Kama Sutra," recently caused a stir in San Rafael when the exterior's bright yellow paint caused complaints from neighbors. The San Rafael Design Board asked owners Gina Gochez and Taylor Maia to tone down the color.
