St. Paddy's Day Yields 4 DUI Arrests

Some celebrated a little too hard this past Saturday.

St. Patrick's Day DUI patrols yielded four arrests for drunken driving, according to authorities.

Marin police enforcement agencies patrolled from 4p.m. until 3a.m. this Saturday. Police stopped 65 drivers and administered 16 sobriety tests during that time. The arrests were made in Tiburon, Novato and San Rafael.

Of the four arrested, two drivers' blood alcohol levels were .18 and .24--two and three times the legal limit of .08, according to Sgt. Christopher Coale.
