A San Rafael man was arrested on Friday night for allegedly brandishing a semiautomatic handgun and making "threatening statements" at a San Anselmo bar, the Marin Independent Journal reports.
Taylor James Reeder, 28, was arrested on suspicion of possessing a loaded firearm, brandishing a firearm and possession of a nonregistered firearm, the report said.
Police arrested Reeder at Matteucci's bar (114 Greenfield Ave.) after receiving a call from an employee who said a man who'd made threatening statements and brandished a firearm was sitting at the bar with a gun tucked in his waistband, the report said.
Police recovered a loaded .45 caliber semiautomatic handgun from the suspect's waistband according to the report that cites a Central Marin Police Authority statement.
