Three Arrested in Car Shooting Incident

Suspects are 49-year-old father, son and juvenile.

Two adult suspects were booked at Marin County Jail after someone shot at another car with a small-caliber firearm at the intersection of Bellam Avenue and East Francisco Boulevard in what might have been a road-rage incident.

A third suspect, the 17-year old juvenile was also arrested.

According to police, the trio, driving a gray Chevrolet pickup first hit the back of a Toyota Corolla at about 9:50 a.m. Sunday. At the Highway 580 onramp at Bellam Boulevard the one of the suspects fired the weapon and hit the rear door of the victim's vehicle.

Jose Hernandez, 49, Joshua Hernandea, 30, and a the juvenile were booked on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, felony shooting into an occupied vehicle and misdemeanor disturbing of the peace.
