Richmond Man to Enter Plea

Police say he threatened to kill ex-girlfriend.

A Richmond man accused of stalking and threatening to kill his former girlfriend is set to enter a plea in Marin County Superior Court Tuesday.

Bernardino Gutierrez Ledesma, 42, was arrested Friday after a 22-year-old El Sobrante woman who works in San Rafael said he had been stalking her at her workplace, said Cpl. Scott Eberle. 

The incident occurred at about 2 p.m., Eberle said. The woman was not injured.

Ledesma is being held at Marin County Jail on $500,000 bail.
