Once someone has tattoos on his head, neck, and face there is no job interview for legitimate employment that a person will ever pass and get hired. This man is handicapped by his past stupidity and he should be sent to summer camp, like all other criminals. Would anyone want to place $20 as to whether his misdeed will ever lead to a felony record?

White, 20's, slender, tats. Sounds like a classic tweaker.
