Police Probe Alleged Mobile Home Park Stabbing
As San Rafael Police were examining the crime scene in Lucas Valley, suspect in alleged incident showed up, leading authorities on a chase before he was arrested Sunday afternoon.
San Rafael Police are investigating an alleged stabbing at the Contempo Marin Mobile Home Park in Lucas Valley early Sunday morning, with the suspect in the incident leading multiple agencies on a chase before being arrested, police said.
Police were tipped off to the stabbing when a man showed up at Novato Community Hospital with a stab wound and provided police with details of the incident, according to San Rafael Police spokesperson Margo Rohrbacher.
As police were examining the crime scene at the mobile home park, the suspect in incident showed up, Rohrbacher said. He fled the scene, leading multiple agencies on a chase before he was arrested Sunday afternoon. Rohrbacher said more details on the incident will become available Monday.
