Police Arrest Local Man After He Allegedly Pulled Out Stun Gun in Fight

A local man was booked in Marin County Jail Sunday on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

San Rafael police officers arrested a 40-year-old local man on Sunday after he allegedly attempted to use a stun gun on another man in fight, according to police spokeswoman Margo Rohrbacher.

At 3:40 p.m. on April 17, San Rafael officers responded to a report of a physical fight on  Brookdale Avenue. Jason Frank Lamb, who told authorities he was disabled, “started a fight with another man, hit him, brandished a stun gun and tried to use it,” Rohrbacher said.

The victim did not need medical treatment and Lamb was booked in Marin County Jail on suspicion of assault with a deadly. His bail is set at $50,000.
