Local Man Suspected of Lewd Acts with 11-year-old Girl
A 34-year-old man who is accused of raping and molesting an 11-year-old girl over the past two years was booked in Marin County Jail Thursday.
San Rafael police officers arrested a 34-year-old man who is accused of raping and molesting an 11-year-old girl over the past two years, according to authorities.
The suspect was booked in , Thursday evening on charges of sexual assault, lewd acts with a child under the age of 14 and penetration with a foreign object. His bail is $1 million.
Detectives located the suspect after hearing allegations that he continually sexually assaulted the victim, who lived with him in the Canal neighborhood.
