The victim said when Gammage failed, they fought and Gammage hit him in the head with a gun. As Gammage walked away, the victim continued to yell at him and Gammage said "If you keep running your mouth I'm going to shoot you in the head," according to Holton.

Police found Gammage walking along the marsh near 3070 Kerner Blvd., where they arrested him. They did not find a gun on him or in the area, Holton said.
