A bicyclist died after a crash on Lucas Valley Road in Marin County this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The solo crash in the Lucas Valley-Marinwood area was reported around 10 a.m. The bicyclist was transported to a hospital, but was declared dead around 11 a.m., according to the CHP.
Initial reports from the scene indicate the cyclist may have suffered some sort of medical incident prior to the crash. No other vehicles or individuals were involved.
