600-700 Protesters Demonstrating Peacefully at San Quentin
Traffic restrictions and no parking/tow away zones are being enforced in the surrounding area.
About 600-700 people are peacefully demonstrating outside the east gate of San Quentin as part of the Occupy 4 Prisoners protest, according to the Marin County Sheriff's Office.
The Sheriff's Office reports that due to the protest traffic restrictions and no parking/ tow away zones are along the following roadways:

2000-2700 block of East Francisco Blvd., San Rafael (Grange Way to the Marin Rod and Gun Club) will be designated a no parking/tow away zone from 6:00 am – midnight on Monday.
East Sir Francis Drake Blvd from the Larkspur city limits to the San Rafael city limits just west of Anderson Drive will be designated a no-stopping/tow away zone from noon 2/19/12 until noon on Tuesday.

Main Street, San Quentin Village – Closed to vehicular traffic from noon Sunday until noon on Tuesday.
Main Street, San Quentin Village will be designated a no stopping/tow away zone for the entire length of the roadway from noon Sunday until noon Tuesday.
