No AT&T Service around Merrydale Road, continuing 24-36 hours up to 5 days?!?

AT&T this is ridiculous! Phone/internet has been unavailable to local customers (both business and residential) for over 24 hours, and after 30 minutes on the phone with un-helpful AT&T customer service, they are saying it may not be repaired for another 3 DAYS?!?

Marin Ace is unable to take phone calls to our business, unable to process debit cards, unable to do our business on email/internet, and unlike PG&E, AT&T has no "lost business" refund or work ticket escalation available. (A little more explanation and sympathy from customer service even would have been nice.)

One of our neighbors came in asking if we knew of a pay phone nearby - I loaned her my cell since she didn't have one, so she could call a friend worried about her. This is ridiculous, AT&T.
