20 by. . . well whenever you want to complete them

I thought to myself why not make a list of things to do, no matter what age you are, that you can complete no matter how much time you have. It seemed fitting especially with this whole "New year, new me" trend starting soon. So good luck!

1. Complete a 2000 piece puzzle:
It might not seem that spontaneous and fun, but they work your mind and distract you from everything else around you. Go out, get off the internet (HA! Coming from a  blogger) and get creative. Try not to cheat.2. Learn to cook
You’d be surprised at how many people CAN NOT COOK. And I don’t mean reheating a frozen hot pocket, I mean break out that Betty Crocker cookbook, an apron and get to mixing. Whether you burn it or not, you tried it and you made it your own. You’d be surprised at how relaxing it really is.
3. Clean out your closet and donate all your memories
Yes, this sounds simple. But how many of you are holding on to that sequin dress you wore 5 years ago or those skinny jeans you wore ONE time? I’ll wait. . .THOUGHT SO. Get rid of it. You’ll never wear it again and though memories are wonderful, they are just that. They are mere memories. So throw out and donate those old clothes, books, shoes, and whatever else you own and really cleanse yourself.
4. Take a Yoga class
Say it with me . . . relaxation.
5. Travel somewhere unheard of
Don’t go to your basic locations: Australia, London, China. . . expand your horizon. if you can’t spell it or pronounce it then visit it. There’s so many places that are rarely talked about that actually hold more beauty than the ones we commonly see.
6. Taking an acting class
Nothing makes you feel younger than getting into a different character. Find your inner Jim Carrey or Amy Poehler and get out there.
7. Go to a library for a day
Some times reading a book isn’t enough. Going to a library and being in that atmosphere can really take you away for a while. Remember how I said travel somewhere unheard of? You can simply do that, for free, by opening up a book somewhere quiet and letting your mind take you away. I’ve been all over the world without even spending a dime.
8. Play an instrument
Nothing fancy, really. Just learn to play something. Music really speaks to your soul.
9. Complete a DIY
One word: Pinterest. Use it. Love it. Create it
10. Get a Journal
Doesn’t have to be written in everyday, doesn’t even have to be written in every other day. Just a little book you write down things you want to remember or the way you’re feeling. Jot down random names, song lyrics, recipes. . . then read over it down the road. You’d be surprised at how creative you really are.
11. Learn to knit/sew
Fashion will never fade. Trends however will. Start your own trends. Some of the biggest fashion designers didn’t even get started until their late 30s. You could be the next Vera Wang or Alexander McQueen.
12. Watch a sports game live
Nothing is more thrilling than seeing an arena full of crazed fans. You don’t have to really care for the sport, but the experience is amazing!
13. Go on a blind date
Download some sort of dating app or create an eharmony profile and put yourself out there. the worse they can say is “no”. Nowadays, men don’t just approach women, women approach men as well. Make moves, honey. He or she is waiting on you.
14. Volunteer
Help others to help you. You help with your ego, but you serve with your soul. Remember that!
15. Watch movies from a different time period
Sit down for the day and watch a bunch of 80s movies or movies from the 50s and see how different things were back then. You gotta know your past before you know your future.
16. Work Retail
I believe EVERYONE should at least work one retail job in their entire life. Coming from personal experience, JUST DO IT. See how it changes you. No. Trust me. It will change you
17. Attend a Rave
Let me go ahead and get that “rave” image out of your head. They are nothing like you think. No one is sticking things into your arm, or kidnapping you or anything of that nature. Raves are probably the happiest events on earth (next to the disneyland parade). Everyone is doing their own thing, listening to the music and just living and loving. You can dress up, you can make the Kandi bracelets. . just go out and experience a local one near your town. Trust me when I say, you won’t regret it.
18. Have a “me” day
I love “me” days. I just wake up, get dressed and go anywhere by myself. I shop, I get a pedicure, I grab lunch. Nothing is more attractive than someone who is comfortable by themselves. It shows real self confidence.
19. Create a 365 blog
From January 1st until December 31st – take a picture once a day of something that you did! Even if all you did was lounge around the house take a picture of your bed. Then at the end of the year look back on all that you have done.
20. Learn to forgive
Forgive everyone, forgive yourself, hell. .  forgive people you don’t even know. JUST learn how to do this. No matter how old you are this is something we should always learn how to do and continue to learn how to do.
