Two headliners in one night

This showcase brings two San Francisco A-List Comedy minds back to the Bay Area for One Night only. Plus the show will feature a hilarious comedy club version of The Dating Game, hosted by Kevin Meaney and Sue Murphy

Kevin Meaney 

Since leaving SF, Kevin has been one of the country's most popular standup comedians and has headlined clubs and theaters throughout the country. Kevin has also had huge successes in writing and producing. Kevin starred in the CBS sitcom Uncle Buck, and on Broadway in Hairspray,. Kevin has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, Regis, Oprah and Late Night with Conan O'Brien.  Kevin recently made an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and had a guest role on NBC’s 30 Rock. He is as great a comic as we have ever seen come out of SF.

Sue Murphy

Since her time in SF, Sue has won 2 Emmys for her work writing and producing the Ellen Degeneres Show and has performed on numerous national television shows including her own half-hour special Comedy Central Presents Sue Murphy, with David Letterman and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Sue is currently the Co-Executive Producer on the hit nightly show on E! Network Chelsea Lately.

For those familiar with the SF comedy scene you know these two comedians are among the most beloved comedic minds in SF comedy history. If you have never seen them work, don’t miss this rare chance and if you have – you know that no two shows are ever the same with these two.

The Dating Game.

In addition to their full stand up shows- Kevin and Sue will host a segment (or possibly two) of the infamous Other Cafe dating game, an hilarious on stage and live comedy club version of the classic TV show. Read a blogged memory of such a night. Watch live as a real dream dates ask pointed, revealing, detailed and personal questions of 3 eligible singles. Our audience members of course can see the dream date AND the eligible singles on stage, but the contestants and dream date cannot see each other. Watch, laugh and squirm as our singles vie to be picked and watch as Kevin and Sue provide smart and poignant color commentary to the contestants.
