The wine conundrum: do you have to speak more then three languages to pick a good bottle of wine? Have you ever felt overwhelmed when choosing wine from a list at a fine restaurant or found yourself abashed and clueless when selecting a bottle for a client or special occasion? If so, then this is the class for you.
We will demystify all aspects of wine: its extraordinary history and production as well as key wine producing areas of the world. In each session we will taste and evaluate a wide range of premium wines from around the globe: exploring with smell and taste then putting words to what we discover.
By the time you have completed our classes, you will understand so much more about local wines and wines from around the world. We can guarantee that you won't stop there! A world of discoveries awaits you.
