The San Agustin: California Shipwreck

Join producer George Thelen for a screening of the historical documentary The San Agustín: California Shipwreck as seen on PBS KQED-TV.  In November 1595, a Spanish galleon named San Agustín sank in the waters off Point Reyes, California.  It is the oldest known shipwreck on the U.S.West Coast.  The half- hour documentary will be followed by a question and answer session discussing the significance of this little-known shipwreck and its recently designated National Historic Landmark status.
