Healthy Breathing Habits Class
Learn how to exercise and strengthen your respiratory system, with the goal to breathe easier. Class meets weekly on Tuesday evenings, 4/22-5/27, from 6:30-8:15 p.m. Helpful for people with asthma and allergies and other conditions that can involve dysfunctional breathing, such as snoring and anxiousness. Also extremely useful for athletes and musicians.
