Free "Care for the Caregiver" Open House

Self-care is a vital part of caregiving!

All family and professional caregivers are invited to join in a free day of self-care and support, Nov. 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Hospice by the Bay's headquarters, 17 E. Sir Francis Drake Blvd., Larkspur.

The open house is presented by the San Rafael Chamber Health and Wellness Resource Group and Hospice by the Bay, in celebration of National Hospice Month and National Family Caregiver Month.

Experience mini-massages, guided imagery, meditation, relaxing stretches and neuro-feedback. Then enjoy nutritious snacks in the Care Cafe and pick up information on respite care and more!
