Experience traditional Yoga in its fullness; moving slowly with full awareness into each asana (posture) watching the rhythm of your breath, holding each asana with concentration, your mind focus here on the present moment. In the same class, easier and advance variations of the same exercise will be suggested. Ending each class with a deep final relaxation. Mixed levels - beginners welcome. Please bring a Yoga mat and a blanket. Punch card available. INSTRUCTOR: Pranava Levine has been teaching Yoga since 1985. She is detailed and attentive and will modify an exercise if needed to fit your strength, flexibility as well as any health condition. Students appreciate her compassionate and competent personal attention.
