It's never too late to begin your training and get fit! Physical strength, confidence, coordination, and flexibility are just a few of the benefits you will receive while participating in this workout based class. During this class you will learn basic martial arts techniques, while enjoying a 45 minute non-stop workout. All students will experience a safe, fun and exciting learning environment. INSTRUCTOR: Greg Le Moi has been involved with Martial Arts for over 28 years. His history of teaching includes children and adults of all ages, including those with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
