This progressive workout will strengthen your whole body, lengthening it and re-shaping it without you noticing it as it is gradual. Props such as Pilates rings and stretchy-band, help in three ways; by gaining body awareness, by building strength and by supporting you in difficult exercises. Pilates was designed for everyone. No prior experience is required. Please bring an exercise mat and a blanket. Punch card available. INSTRUCTOR: Pranava Levine was a Yoga instructor for 20 years when she turned to Pilates to rehabilitate her after a car accident. She has been teaching Pilates since 2006. She will modify an exercise to fit your strength, flexibility as well as any heath condition. Students appreciate her compassionate and competent personal attention.
