Learn to transition between yoga poses gracefully and discover an experience that is more accessible and enjoyable. We move from one place to another in our day, and into the New Year seeking strength, balance and new challenges; in this workshop, you’ll practice taking time to observe the transitions and sensations of getting into the poses, refining your practice.
About the instructor: Rose Hansen has been a Yoga practitioner for 40 years and an instructor for the Y for 10 years. Rose is a member of Yoga Alliance, International Association of Yoga Therapists, and AF
Arthur Javier, a musician for more than 50 years, will be accompanying this flowing yoga practice. His passion for playing and commitment to yoga seamlessly meld for a perfect yoga practice.
