Wanted to practice Pilates but the classes you tried were too challenging or you feel out of shape. This class is slow but progressive so you will find your place. We will address postural alignment, back and neck pain. Also recommended for rehabilitation after accident or surgery and post-natal care. Pilates was designed for everyone. Beginners welcome! Please bring an exercise mat and a blanket. Punch card available. INSTRUCTOR: Pranava Levine was a Yoga instructor for 20 years when she turned to Pilates to rehabilitate after a car accident. She has been teaching Pilates since 2006. She will modify an exercise to fit your strength, flexibility as well as any health condition. Students appreciate her compassionate but competent personal attention.
