6- Week Experiential Workshop
Work with energy to bring something into your life, or to change something in your life.
This is an experiential workshop with short talks.
You will choose something you want to create in your life, or something you want to change in your life, and work with energy to bring it into reality.
Each week you will work with one aspect of the creation/change process. During the week you will have homework. The steps build on each other.
You will work with other people in the group. I will also, when I see needed, read your energy to facilitate the process.
