Marin Medical Reserve Corps (MMRC)

Marin Medical Reserve Corps (MMRC) members participated in the State’s Golden Guardian Exercise on August 20 - 23, 2013 in Moffett Field, CA.  Over 300 participants from around the state performed in this disaster preparedness drill.  During one portion of the drill, MMRC members treated over 70 participants (acting as patients) in a three hour period.

The Marin Medical Reserve Corps is a ready-reserve force that works under the umbrella of the Department of Health & Human Services. Administrative and management oversight for this program is under the direction of the Emergency Medical Services Agency.
