Touched By Terror: Patch Remembers 9/11 in 911 Snapshots

The five Patch websites in Marin County and more than 800 others around the nation contributed to a special tribute photo montage for the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. It appears today on the Huffington Post.

The fire and rubble caused by those four maliciously guided jetliners devastated lower Manhattan, Arlington, Va., and Shanksville, Pa. But the shockwaves went around the world and continue to reverberate to this day. Patch has collected hundreds of stories about how the attacks have affected people's lives.
