In the past months, several ongoing issues have passed through the San Rafael City Council. San Rafael Patch hopes to keep you on top of all local current events with our new Facebook pages.

San Rafael Patch has followed all these issues for the past months. We’ve blogged from inside City Council meetings, even when they lasted into the morning hours. Now, we’ve launched several new Facebook pages that are dedicated to these topics exclusively. We’ll provide you links to our coverage and other media and host discussion for you to share your opinion.

Are you happy about a SMART train coming to downtown San Rafael? Like our SMART train Facebook page and tell us your opinion.

Who do you think will win the mayor’s seat in November? Follow our San Rafael Elections 2011 page and take a poll.

Not sure when the next community meeting on Albert Field is? Check the events on our Pro Baseball at Albert Field page.

Here’s a list of all the pages we’ve already launched. Stay tuned for more to come. And don’t forget to add your own comments.
