Meet the Bloggers

A new blogging platform was launched in all Patch towns yesterday.

Yesterday, all Patch towns launched a new blogging platform that will allow community members to write and post their thoughts on Patch at any time. Here are our first Patch bloggers posting on San Rafael Patch:

Jane is very outgoing, has been an art teacher, portrait artist and muralist. She loves people, especially the children where she is working as a crossing guard for a local school, a professional "waver" for a local tax service. She has also worked as a caregiver in more than 350 homes in Marin County, and all over the Bay Area. A love of family, nature, people, politics and painting have been much of her focus her entire life. She is the mother of four grown children, 14 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She lives in the Canal area of Marin County. Read Jane’s about President Obama deciding to not release Osama bin Laden’s photograph.

She spent summers in the Catskills with her grandparents until she was old enough to travel the world.
